Exchange and Return Policy

Refund

Items purchased are non-refundable. 

In special circumstance, we have a 3-day refund policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item(s) to request a refund.

Please note that refund due to change of mind and its nature of handcraft are not allowed. Refund requests are only applicable under the following condition, and are subjected to approval of Wallawalla:

1. Product(s) is/are wrongly dispatched as per the purchase order. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned to Wallawalla in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at ask.wallawalla@gmail.com. If your refund is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

After the item(s) has/have been returned and deemed satisfactory, your refund will be processed within 1-2 weeks. 

 

Cancellation

Cancellation is not accepted.  Please contact us if you have any questions on your order.

 

Exchange and return

Exchange and return are accepted up to 3 days after the item(s) is/are received.

We only accept exchanges if the item received is incorrect and only can be made once. Please email us at ask.wallawalla@gmail.com to arrange for an exchange and include your order number and a photograph of the item that you received. Return postage for this will be reimbursed to you. However, the item must be returned intactly as its original with no damages and in the original packaging.

Shipping costs are unfortunately non-refundable.

All our products are handcrafted.  Some of them are just produced 1 or 2 pieces by the artists.  In addition, the nature of the material and surface imperfections are considered as unique features of each craft.  Please consider the final purchase and read the product descriptions fully before placing your order.  Exchange and return are only applicable if the product is damaged or wrongly shipped. This means returns are not accepted due to change of mind.

 

Damaged Parcels

Although all our products are carefully inspected and packed before shipment, accident sometimes would happen.

If there is a damage occurred during delivery, please report to us, and take photos of the below within 3 days of the receiving date:

 

1) Damaged item

2) Damaged parcel

3) Parcel tracking slip

Then, the investigation will be conducted

 

Amend Your Order

In most circumstances, it is not possible to make changes to your order once the order has been confirmed.  If you would like to change delivery address details, add items or combine order, please contact us ASAP for assistance.
