Shipment and Delivery

Domestic Delivery

All orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days.  You will receive a tracking code via email to track your package once it is shipped.

The price of postage depends on the location and the weight of the product purchased and will be added to the total sum of your order at the checkout. Packaging is also included in the price of the product. 

All the deliveries will be made by Easy Parcel. Estimated delivery time is 2-4 working days in West Malaysia and 3-6 working days in East Malaysia.

International Delivery 

Our website is set up to ship within Malaysia and Singapore, however we can ship to all other countries.  All shipping charges will be calculated based on weight & your shipping country.   Please email us for the final quote.  Your orders are delivered with Easy Parcel, tracking options available.   Tax and Duties maybe occurred, Wallawalla will not bear the said cost.

Estimated delivery time for international order is 7-21 days, it is varied based on your shipping country.  Contact us for more information before your purchase is suggested.

Wallawalla will not be liable for delays or customs that may occur during transit.  We will not be held accountable if the wrong delivery address is provided.

Free Shipment

West Malaysia | Free 

East Malaysia | Free Shipment for spending more than RM 150. 

Singapore | Free Shipment for spending more than SG 100. 

International | Currently we do not offer free shipment for international order but do contact us for assistance.
